Source images of 512x512 or larger give the sharpest result. Non-square sources are handled by the embedded square cropper - pick the region you want and the same crop is used for every export size. SVG inputs rasterize crisply at every dimension because they have no fixed resolution. Drop the ZIP into your site's root, paste the snippet into the <head>, and hard-refresh once - browsers cache favicons aggressively.
